The app is designed to:

• Track your progress in a private, local-only environment

CosmoQuit explicitly does not provide:

• Medical diagnosis of any condition
• Medical treatment or prescriptions
• Guaranteed outcomes for quitting smoking
• Professional counseling or therapy

2. User Responsibility

By using the app, you acknowledge that you are responsible for monitoring your own health. You must consult a doctor if you experience severe symptoms such as:

• Depression or severe mood changes
• Heart palpitations or chest pain
• Severe respiratory distress
• Persistent anxiety or panic attacks
• Any other concerning symptoms

Quitting smoking can be physically and mentally challenging. Ensure you have a support system or medical guidance if needed.

3. Limitation of Liability

Cosmonika and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any relapse or return to smoking
• Medical issues arising from nicotine withdrawal
• Psychological distress occurring during or after use of the app
• Data loss due to device issues (as data is stored locally)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

The app is a support tool, not a guarantee of success. Individual results may vary significantly.

4. Intellectual Property

The CosmoQuit brand, UI design, code, proprietary algorithms, and all associated content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive license to use the app for your individual smoking cessation journey. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the app for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices

5. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
